A high-achieving secondary school in Bolton is looking for a fully qualified Science Teacher to join their team after the Easter Holidays. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a school with modern facilities, a supportive leadership team, and enthusiastic students who are eager to learn.
The Role:
Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4, with the possibility of KS5 for the right candidate.
Planning and delivering engaging lessons that challenge and inspire students.
Assessing and tracking student progress to ensure high attainment.
Working collaboratively within a well-established Science department to develop schemes of work and resources.
Taking part in extracurricular and enrichment activities within the department.
What We're Looking For:
UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and a degree in a Science-related subject.
Experience teaching Biology, Chemistry, or Physics at secondary level.
A passion for Science and a strong ability to engage and motivate students.
Excellent behaviour management skills and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
The ability to work well within a team and contribute to the wider school community.
