Contract: Thames Water Metering, Lot 4 Major Projects & Lot 1 Mains Schemes

About The Role
Morrison Water Services is currently looking to recruit a New Networks Coordinator to work on our Thames Water contract in Langley, Berkshire. The role will be required to work collaboratively with our client and our operational teams for Lot 4 Major Projects and Lot 1 Mains Schemes.
This role requires collaborative working to report on the Lot 4 Performance measures and each project and to deliver the customer & stakeholder management for Lot 4 major projects and as required Lot 1 mains schemes. You will provide support to both the Operational teams and Service Delivery Teams. You will deliver performance reporting for Lot 4 major projects, which is delivered on time for the Client.
This ensures Morrison Water Services is compliant within the requirements specified by our client Thames Water, including reporting on contractual performance, FSL Training, customer Training, customer experience & stakeholder management, regulatory compliance, delivery of all performance reporting against client KPIs & SLAs, customer impact assessments, and collaborating with Operational Project managers to create customer & stakeholder road maps. Responsible for all streetworks permits & notices for works on Lot 4 major projects.
The New Networks Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the contract is compliant with the specified contractual requirements. Delivers clearly documented customer impact assessments and stakeholder management communications and activities which facilitate customer engagement and positive feedback.
The New Networks Coordinator will monitor performance and highlight areas of concern which could result in non-compliance. Within this role, you will be required to complete additional project work as required. Integral is the ability to manage our delivery to optimise our performance, customer experience & commercial objectives.
The New Networks Coordinator will work closely with the SHEQ Team on the Business Management System. You will ensure all customer stakeholder roadmaps & communications are clearly defined, processes are mapped, maintained, updated and version controlled. User guides are also produced to support training and compliance across Lot 4 Major Projects & Lot 1 Mains Schemes as required. This includes the production of accurate and timely customer impact assessments.
You will work collaboratively with the Operational Management for Lot 4 Major projects and as required Lot 1 Mains Schemes to ensure compliance to deliver the customer journey. You will also provide support to measure and deliver continuous improvement measures.
The role is extremely varied and requires a passion for customer excellence, service delivery, and the ability to build strong working relationships with our client and other third parties, built on integrity & trust.
As a New Networks Coordinator, your duties and responsibilities will be:
* Able to communicate effectively with Customers, external stakeholders to deliver seamless Customer journey for all Lot 4 Major Projects & Lot 1 Mains schemes when required.
* Ability to build strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders based on integrity & trust.
* Strong leadership skills and experience in management of stakeholders.
* Proactive to ensure each project delivers accurate and timely stakeholder communications.
* Understanding of Water Industry Regulation and working compliantly within a regulated industry.
* Apply for and manage Streetworks permits & notices to ensure Lot 4 Major Projects work is compliantly planned and meets legislation specified by the relevant highways agency.
* Leads by example and ensures all H&S criteria is met and maintained.
* Proactive problem solver who will review processes & procedures and streamline to optimise performance and overall productivity.
* Naturally collaborates with Client, external stakeholders and Operational teams.
* Strong project manager who can take on additional responsibilities as required.
* Passionate individual who takes responsibility and ownership to maintain our contract with our client TW.
The Key Requirements
* Great with Excel and Power BI.
* Ability to negotiate and manage stakeholders.
* Proven eye for detail when communicating both internally & externally.
* Knowledge of streetworks procedures.
* Proven IT skills & ability to learn systems required to manage Lot 4 Major Projects & Lot 1 Mains Schemes, including FSL work management.
* Strong communication skills & ability to communicate at all levels, including where required public meetings.
* Strong analytical capability & ability to create performance reporting.
* Strong team player who supports others and naturally collaborates to achieve results.
* Knowledge of the Water Industry and working within a regulated industry.
* Passionate about customer experience and operational delivery.
* Self-motivated individual with a passion for customer stakeholder management.
* Ability to plan work activities and create relevant street works permits by project, as required to support operational delivery.
* Ability to work under pressure.
Additional Information:
Average 45 hours a week, Monday-Friday hours 0730 to 1700. Overtime at agreed rate. This is a field and office-based role.
