Job summary Our client support workers [CSW] are a valued part of our clinical team. Working closely with registered nurses and doctors they provide additional support and care to our patients and service users. The 10 bedded in-patient unit provides 24-hour care for people who experience additional health, psychological and/or social related issues that affect their ability to self-care in the community. We work closely with the local acute trust accepting acute referrals and providing a step-down and in-reach service.
