Key Responsibilities of the Head of Partnerships:
Develop a Strategic Partner Program: Create and execute a partner strategy that aligns with business objectives, identifying top-tier partners and driving mutual value through engagement plans.
Build a Scalable Partner Network: Design partner tiers, benefits, and incentives to attract and retain high-performing partners. Develop a framework that scales with the business as it grows.
Recruit and Onboard Partners: Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new channel partners, ensuring they are fully equipped to promote the company’s solutions.
