I am seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a business based in Suffolk, with hands-on experience within generalist HR activities as well as a proven track record of driving change.
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Providing all-round HR advice across the business,
* Working closely with the senior leadership team on HR strategy,
* Utilising and working with HR data on a daily basis for reporting as well as business-wide decision making,
* Influencing and driving positive change throughout the business regarding growth, contractual changes, policies, and much more.
As the HR Manager, you will have the following experience:
* 3+ years working as an HR people manager,
* Generalist HR background within HR operations, ER, disciplinary, grievances, performance management, projects, and data,
* Ideally from a service-led or regulated industry.
