Your future duties and responsibilities:
Working onsite at our automotive client, CGI’s EUC Engineers monitor and respond to incidents, manage task and problem tickets. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for onsite IT requirements and daily service delivery.
* Monitoring and responding to help desk incidents, work orders, and requests to meet SLAs.
* Troubleshooting and investigating technical incidents to resolution.
* Configuring, deploying, and supporting end-user hardware (laptops, desktops, mobile phones, etc.).
* Performing daily system checks.
* Updating Configuration Management/CI database.
* Maintaining and creating technical documentation as needed.
* Responding to client support requests.
* Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
* Installing and maintaining hardware and peripherals.
* Installing and upgrading operating systems and software.
* Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
* Advising on software or hardware upgrades.
* Providing basic training in computer operation and management.
* Completing IMAC requests.
Required qualifications:
* Experience in a digital workplace or end-user environment.
* Ability to repair and fault find.
* Attention to detail.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Technical awareness across various areas.
* Adaptability in conveying the right information.
* Experience with IT Service Management systems, especially ServiceNow.
* Support experience with Windows 10 and Exchange.
* Proficiency with Office applications.
* Knowledge of operating systems, software, and remote connection systems.
* Understanding of PC architecture through experience with end-user devices.
* Knowledge or experience with ServiceNow, SCCM, MEMC is desirable.
