The role: In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Trust and Foundation fundraising. Your responsibilities will include building long-term partnerships with grant-making trusts and foundations, ensuring support through in-depth research, excellent stewardship, and timely and accurate reporting. You will work closely with the Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships and collaboratively with the Philanthropy and Partnerships Team, as well as colleagues across the organisation to find creative and compelling projects to be funded.
About you: As an effective communicator, you will have excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to create high-quality proposals and informative reports. You will have excellent relationship management skills with the confidence to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Your role involves managing the trusts and foundations pipeline, and you will need to be able to take initiative, research, prioritise, and organise your own work to achieve deadlines across multiple tasks.
You will have:
* Experience in identifying, researching, and reaching new prospects.
* Experience in writing bespoke proposals.
* Strong administrative, planning & prioritisation abilities with keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications.
