Working hours are a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. 9am-5pm (with additional hours and weekend work, depending on the business needs). About The Role About the role: To co-ordinate the Gift Experience Department at Hastings Hotels Corporate Head Office 1. Administration and processing of all gift cards and gift experience vouchers, both on and off line. 2. Creating new innovations in conjunctions with the marketing dept for gift vouchers and gift cards. 3. Ordering stationery and new voucher materials as required. 4. Co-ordinating with Hotels and Front office gift card departments. 5. General PA and Office Duties including responding to complaints, charity requests, website enquiries. 6. General office management duties, stationery stocks, post and deliveries. 7. Any other duties as required by management.
