A new requirement for an experienced professional HR Business Partner who will partner with key divisional leadership teams and drive forward a range of strategic HR & OD initiatives. We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who will develop the Business Partnering model with a focus on a range of strategic HR activities.
As an HR Business Partner, you will be undertaking a broad ranging role with a focus on:
* Employee Engagement / experience
* Workforce Planning
* Strategic Recruitment
* Senior HR support to business leaders
* Organisational Design
* Culture
* Strategic Projects such as Performance Management
Minimum Requirements:
* Chartered Member CIPD (preferable)
* CIPD Level 7
* Significant experience of HR Business Partnering within complex large-scale organisations
* Experience of strategic HR & OD including Engagement, Org Design, Workforce Planning, Senior Recruitment, Coaching / Advising Senior Leaders.
Offer:
* 6 months contract working via Hays time sheets
* PAYE £34 - 41 / Umbrella £39-49 per hour
* Minimum 3 days on site in Bournemouth
