Are you an experienced ER specialist ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced legal environment?
We’re seeking an Interim ER Advisor to join a leading law firm on a 9-month contract. This fully remote position requires only minimal office presence—just one day every three months at head office.
The Role
In this key role, you’ll be responsible for managing a high volume of ER cases (up to 40 at any one time), including complex issues that can lead to disciplinary outcomes, including dismissal. You'll work with a wide range of stakeholders across the firm, providing pragmatic, expert advice and support on all aspects of employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and advise on a high caseload of complex ER matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence cases.
Ensure consistent, fair, and legally compliant outcomes.
Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to guide them through sensitive and challenging ER issues.
