As a Finance Manager based in our Ripon office - with hybrid, flexible working (up to 2 days per week remotely), you’ll be responsible for:
1. Mentoring, developing, and managing team members.
2. Ensuring accurate and timely preparation, review, and submission of all information required from direct reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including delivering incentive information for payment.
3. Reporting of complex technical data in a format that can be understood by business stakeholders.
4. Delivering compliance with internal and external accounting policies and procedures in the area of responsibility as directed by the Senior Finance Manager.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
1. Qualified accountancy qualification - ACA/CIMA/ACCA
2. Knowledge of current Accounting Standards (UK GAAP and IFRS)
3. Experience of managing and developing qualified finance professionals
4. Excellent stakeholder management skills to build relationships and communicate professionally, ability to work at pace and adaptability
