What You Will Do:
• Use customer data linked to experience to identify preventative actions for enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Develop bespoke solutions and gestures tailored to each customer's experience.
• Implement required escalation processes swiftly and adhere to them meticulously.
• Capture all contacts in the CRM system to ensure complete Data Protection compliance and valuable data sourcing.
• Act as a role model for the company's values, Customer First Principles, and Behaviours.
• Support the Retailer network in delivering a ‘best in class’ service, driving customer loyalty and retention.
