We are supporting a global business, based in Bradford, which is looking to increase its HR headcount with the addition of a dedicated Recruitment Partner. This role will play a critical role both in driving the talent attraction strategy as well as helping deliver the UK business' ambitious and exciting People Strategy.
The role willtake full responsibility for end-to-end recruitment of all roles across head office functions and operations as well asleading a number of critical projects relating to employer brand, onboarding & succession planning.
Due to the need to respond quickly to potential candidates, our client is looking to hire somebody who can work across 5 days although there is flexibility to work from home (the ideal balance would be 2 days per week in the office/ 3 from home).
