About You as HR Administrator:
We are looking for a HR Administrator to join the Love Finance team to assist with a backlog of HR administration to assist with our continued growth. This role will require a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. The right candidate for this role will be able to work autonomously with guidance from the Talent Manager.

Working Pattern: Monday to Wednesday in the office
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Salary: £23,900 pro rata
Experience: Strong fast paced administration experience who have worked in a confidential administration position will be considered
Duties of the HR Administrator:
* Assist with administrative requirements off the back of the HR audit
* Amend and resend accurate employment contracts
* Update employment records
* Digitalise employee files
* Synchronise email chains to employees
* Schedule employee meetings on behalf of Talent Manager and HR and Recruitment Coordinator
* Process a back log of HR paperwork
* Update policies and review timesheets on HR system
* Send payslips and P45’s to leavers
* Any other administration duties as required
