What the Job Involves Undertaking occupational therapy assessments to address occupational performance and skill deficits. Collaborating with clients, relatives, and carers to identify and achieve OT goals. Planning and implementing personalized intervention plans using graded activities. Monitoring and evaluating treatments for effectiveness and compliance with OT goals. Liaising with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to provide coordinated care. Managing documentation according to professional and Trust standards. Engaging in professional development and maintaining a CPD portfolio. Participating in clinical governance, quality assurance, and service development initiatives. Contributing to training and supervision of staff and students.
