Role: People Coordinator

Salary: £25,000 – £28,000

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is central to supporting the People Team in the delivery of an exceptional employee experience across UA92. You will coordinate HR operations, providing administrative support, and contributing to the development of a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the first point of contact for People-related queries, providing support and guidance to employees and managers.
2. Coordinate onboarding for new starters ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and system records ensuring compliance with GDPR and other relevant legislation.
4. Support payroll processes by collating and submitting accurate employee data and timesheets to the payroll team.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
6. Provide data and reports to the People & Senior Leadership team for internal reporting, audits, and decision-making purposes.
7. Proficient in utilising and presenting data effectively for internal and external reporting, with expertise in Excel.
8. Organise and support employee engagement activities and wellbeing initiatives.
9. Assist in managing employee relations cases, taking notes in meetings and ensuring follow-up actions are tracked.
10. Supporting and coordinating People Team activities including Learning and Development and EDIB across UA92.
Essential Criteria
1. Experience in an HR or People-focused role, with a solid understanding of HR processes and employment law.
2. Excellent administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels at UA92.
4. High attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems.
6. Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
7. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Desirable Criteria
1. CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards).
2. Familiarity with HRIS systems.
3. Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices in the workplace.
4. Experience supporting organisational change initiatives.
