Responsibilities:
1. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
2. Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations.
3. Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations.
4. Assist with tax planning and strategies.
5. Coordinate and prepare for external and internal audits.
6. Address audit findings and implement recommendations.
7. Ensure compliance with internal controls.
8. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
9. Analyse budget variances and report findings to management.
10. Support financial planning and analysis activities.
11. Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
12. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.
13. Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
14. Work closely with other departments to gather financial information.
15. Communicate financial results and findings to management.
16. Provide financial guidance and support to non-financial managers.
Skills/Qualifications:
1. Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Accountant
2. 3-5 years of experience in management/financial accounting
3. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
