Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults at risk to identify their needs and safeguarding concerns.
* Develop, implement, and review care plans to ensure the safety and wellbeing of service users.
* Collaborate with other agencies to provide effective social work services and safeguard adults at risk.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
