Ardingly College is looking to add to its existing counselling service provided through the Health and Wellbeing centre. The candidate will provide a professional and confidential counselling service to primary aged students of Ardingly College on an individual or group basis.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ post qualification experience with primary school aged children, with knowledge of current child protection practice. The ability to establish good working relationships with children, parents, and professional agencies is essential, as well as having good administrative and IT skills to maintain clear and up to date case notes and statistics.
Working hours are 7 hours/week for 34 weeks per year (during term time only). We anticipate the hours to be worked over one day.
