Salary: £65,000 - £75,000
Hybrid Working: 3 days WFH, 2 days in office

The Role
As an Employment Solicitor, you will be at the heart of a busy and expanding team. You will work on a wide range of exciting non-contentious and contentious matters, from employment contracts and policies to disciplinary procedures, restructuring, redundancies, settlement agreements, and TUPE. Additionally, you will handle Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation. Your expertise will be essential in delivering exceptional service to clients, and your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will set you apart. This role provides an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills while working on complex and varied cases within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Requirements
• 4-6 years PQE in Employment Law
• Experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters (respondent & claimant)
• Strong knowledge of employment contracts, policies, TUPE, and employment litigation (Tribunal and High Court)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on client care
• A proactive approach to business development and client engagement
• A passion for going the extra mile for clients and delivering exceptional results
