Getting vaccinated against diseases that can be passed person-to-person in healthcare settings is part of this responsibility. The Trust will provide advice, guidance and support on vaccinations and access to vaccinations where requested.
We are seeking a full-time Band 8a Operational Manager with extensive leadership and management experience. While this is currently a full-time position, we welcome applications from those seeking a four-day week or a job share arrangement.

CFHD is undergoing an exciting transformation, mobilising needs-led pathways under the iThrive framework. We are passionate about delivering high-quality services that make a real difference to children and young people across Devon.

We would love to hear from compassionate and enthusiastic managers who can bring their experience and knowledge managing and leading teams during this exciting period of change and transformation. You will supervise and manage others, ensuring the service responds in a timely way to meet the needs of children, young people and families with complex social, emotional, physical and mental health needs.
