Closing Date: 1st November Location: Nottingham (Full-Time, Mon-Fri) Contract: Permanent Recruitment Partner: Frankie McCallister-Lyas About the role: The Social & Content manager is a critical member of the No7 UK/ROI Brand Team, working on the UK’s No1 Skincare brand. You’ll be our social and content driving force, developing and leading the delivery of our social and content strategy, delivering value to the business by taking our socials to new levels. As a true social expert, you’ll bring new innovation by working closely with key platforms and consult the wider brand team on best-in-class content for our industry leading NPD campaigns. As well as this, you’ll lead the Assistant Social and Content Manager and multiple content streams, including agency partners, lo-fi content creators, brand experts, ambassadors and influencers all to maximise both the short term and long-term value to the business. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and lead delivery of the social and content strategy for No7 in the UK/ROI. • Through your team, deliver all aspects of the strategy delivering value to the business by meeting our long term and short term KPIs • Lead conversations with agency and platform partners, bringing new innovation and audiences to the brand. • Ensure content requirements for the UK/ROI market are met, always seeking out new formats, trends and production methods to enhance our content delivery and consumer engagement. • Consult on Paid content for UK campaign moments with global/local teams to ensure all content follows best in class social first principles. • Be confident in data, metrics and measurement and can set up internal and external partners to deliver regular analytics, pivoting the strategy based on insight. • Contribute to the total effectiveness of the brand, communicating openly, solving problems proactively, offering creative ideas and working as a positive engaged, team member What you’ll need to have: • This is a high profile, fast paced role and requires someone who is motivated, tenacious and a real team player. • 3 years’ experience leading a social and content team • Be social media obsessed, always ahead of the curve with latest trends and influencers. A real passion and obsession for social media, content & influencer marketing. • A proven team leader. • A customer first mindset with the ability to create and identify meaningful conversations and connect with different audiences. • An interest in beauty and passion for the No7 brand. • Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, platforms and best practice – and how our different customers will use channels and consume content differently. • Experience working with social listening platforms or social media management tools – such as Tint/Sprinklr • The ability to flex your working hours, should you need to engage with our community outside of the typical office hours. • Thrives in a high pace, reactive environment.
