Location: Dundee (Hybrid) 46,400.00 - 58,000.00 - 69,600.00 GBP Annual (DOE) Attractive bonus Key Responsibilities: Product Administration: - Administer and manage Trellix and/ Or Crowdstrike solutions. - Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Trellix / Crowdstrike systems to ensure optimal performance and security. - Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and other maintenance activities for Trellix / Crowdstrikesystems. Security Administration: - Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to ensure robust security measures and compliance with industry standards. Technical Support and Troubleshooting: - Provide advanced technical support for Trellix and Crowdstrike issues. - Mentor and guide junior engineers and IT support staff. Documentation and Reporting: - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of Trellix and Crowdstrike configurations, procedures, and processes. - Generate regular reports on system performance, security incidents, and maintenance activities. Expected skills/ experience: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; or equivalent work experience. Experience: - At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Trellix and/or Crowdstrike administration and management. Technical Skills: - Strong understanding of network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.). - Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for automation. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
