Summary
The People Services Data & Reporting Apprentice will be responsible for assisting the People with the analysis and maintenance of key people data to support organisational decision making. This role is ideal for individuals who have an interest in HR and data analysis and will involve working across the whole HR function to provide data expertise.

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you’ll do at work
· Data Management: Collect, clean and manage HR data in a timely and accurate manner. This includes data related to recruitment, employee onboarding, performance evaluations, compensation, and benefits.
· Data Analysis: Analyse HR data to identify trends, patterns and insights that can inform HR decision-making. Use tools such as Excel and QlikSense (training provided) to visualise and present findings that will inform decision making.
· Reporting: Create and distribute regular reports to HR stakeholders, such as the Heads of HR, people managers, and other members of the HR team. Develop dashboards and other visualizations to communicate key HR metrics.
· Process Improvement: Collaborate with the HR team to identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance data management and reporting capabilities.
· Compliance: Ensure data privacy and security by adhering to data protection policies and regulations such as GDPR.
