Job Description:
Key Duties
1. Drive new business and deliver a full sales cycle to NHS.
2. Build relationships within the hospital environment.
3. Provide a professional and intuitive service to all clients.
4. Territory management - developing relationships and commercial strategies both autonomously and alongside sales peers.
5. Plan and develop strategies for maintaining existing business and growing new income streams.
6. Continually supported by fellow sales professionals, management, and internal sources including training and market intelligence.
Package and Benefits
* Year one earnings £50-60k - Salary £40k
* Direct %% of sales
* Uncapped bonus - direct bonus on all sales with quarterly and annual overachievement.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
* Capital sales experience in NHS.
* Experience of working in capital equipment.
* Proven pedigree of delivering sales and growing.
* Sufficient and able to take ownership and drive sales in territory.
