About the role:
Role: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week – HYBRID (2 days office & 3 days remote)
Salary: To £35, + excellent range of benefits.
Using your superb organisational, coordination and leadership skills, you’ll greatly contribute to the future of professional assessment at CIM. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our Awarding Organisation within the Professional Body and support the development of competent professionals in the UK.
In a typical day, you might :
1. Support the Assessment Manager with the management of examining teams
2. Liaise with Level Verifier and Senior Examiners to coordinate the assessment process
3. Produce Student and Tutor Support Materials
4. Coordinate the work of the Assessment Team
5. Support Assessment Manager with the setting and management of costings against budget allocation
6. Assist in the recruitment, training and management of a team of expert examiners
7. Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, internal and external
8. Ensure validity and accuracy of all documents on both student and tutor websites
For this role, you’ll need:
9. Excellent all round administration and coordination skills managing and balancing time and tasks
10. Ability to work to deadlines and keep calm under pressure
11. Sound understanding of Exam Centre and Awarding Body admin procedures and processes
12. Excellent communication skills, innovative and open to change
13. Leadership experience
