Key Responsibilities:
General office administration and support
Staff mobilisation, ensuring the smooth coordination of staff movement and deployment
Assisting with HR-related tasks, including recruitment and employee records management
Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Handling confidential information with discretion and integrity Required Experience & Skills:
Proven experience in a similar administrative role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is desirable
