Working hand in hand with the Talent Acquisition team and key stakeholders, you'll be the driving force behind our employer brand strategy.
From running standout recruitment campaigns to owning our careers website, you’ll be the go-to person for making sure our brand shines across every platform.
Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll bring our values and employee value proposition to life, inspiring the best talent to see Parkdean Resorts as the place to grow, thrive, and love what they do.
Some of the skills we’re looking for.
Possess experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing roles or have served as a senior marketing manager with a strong enthusiasm for recruitment.
Experience in Content Management Systems to create and manage landing pages, lead gen forms, micro-sites and blogs.
Proven experience delivering results through cross-channel marketing campaigns and a naturally data-driven mind-set to analyse and optimise performance.
Experience working with brand guidelines, an understanding of design thinking principles and a conversational and engaging style of copywriting.
You excel at crafting both short- and long-form content, seamlessly adapting your style to align with our brand voice.
