Natural capital is changing how land is managed in the UK. Our specialist team offers expert market insight into the emergence of private natural capital markets and assessment of the land and its potential, all underpinned by natural capital thinking. We’re looking to grow the team further by recruiting a senior consultant who understands rural land management and rural businesses and is passionate about leveraging new nature-based markets.

You’ll be able to demonstrate these skills verbally and in written form and be able to support your arguments with data, financial budgets, and policy analysis. Specifically, you will understand natural capital assessments and baselines, carbon management, peatland restoration, afforestation, regenerative agriculture, compliance and voluntary biodiversity markets, and green finance.
* You will maintain Savills profile in the natural capital space both internally and externally through delivering short presentations, responding to tenders, and being a first port of call to potential new clients.
* You will have a proven record of delivery, meeting deadlines, communicating efficiently, and being part of a team.
Role location is flexible but Edinburgh is preferred. Part-time working would be considered.

* Career and Professional Development
* 25-30 Days Annual Leave, depending on grade
* Life Assurance
* Private Medical Scheme
* Virtual GP
* Global Mobility Scheme
* Rewards Platform
* Company Pension Scheme
* Enhanced Incremental Annual Leave
