They are looking for a full-time HR Advisor position.
Description
1. Facilitate the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
2. Respond to employees' queries about HR-related issues and provide support.
3. Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
4. Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
5. Organise quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
6. Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
7. Participate in HR projects (e.g., help organise a job fair event).
8. Collaborate with the department's staff to facilitate the team's operations.
Profile
1. Experience working in a HR role.
2. Excellent understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
3. Good knowledge of employment/labour laws.
4. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus.
5. Excellent communication and people skills.
6. Aptitude in problem-solving.
7. Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
8. Can commute to Derby.
