Our reception team are the first people to meet patients and visitors to the practice. The world of the NHS and general practice has changed so much in recent times and the reception team has the skills and knowledge to guide patients to the right appointment with the right person at the right time. They also work alongside our GPs in our Hub, triaging the daily demand for appointments. The Reception team support our patients to help them understand how to request prescriptions, learn to work with apps and digital access and how to find the right services when they need them. They offer support when patients may be worried or anxious and always try their hardest to find the best option available. About us We are looking for staff to join our well-established Reception team. There is a mix of long-serving staff and newer colleagues who together offer lots of experience and enthusiasm. They have a strong team identity and really support each other through out the working week. They are led by a Reception Supervisor and our Pateint Services Manager.
