Our Supply Chain team is a global operation, responsible for getting products from farms and factories to our customers’ cupboards. You'll then spend time You’ll then spend time working with our Change Managers, Analysts and Operators. You could be doing anything from minimising food waste through analysing product pricing to engaging with suppliers to help drive benefits throughout the supply chain. During your 10-week paid programme we’ll give you real-life experience in Supply Chain. You’ll also develop new skills, from how you build relationships with colleagues and suppliers to building your commercial awareness. Plus, you’ll have a buddy on hand to support you all the way. You’ll be supported through your programme with a variety of learning that will build your skills and develop your knowledge. It will be a mix of leadership training, networking and time with our Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) networks and leadership team. A successful internship with us can guarantee your place on our Supply Chain Graduate Programme when you graduate - before you’ve even started your final year of study.
