Are you an organised, tech-savvy, and proactive professional looking for a fully remote role with flexibility? Vita CV is hiring for its client, seeking a Virtual Assistant to support their business operations and enhance productivity.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working independently while delivering outstanding administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage emails, calendars, and appointments for executives.
* Conduct research, data entry, and create reports as required.
* Assist with document preparation, proofreading, and formatting.
* Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent client support.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and virtual meetings.
* Social media management, content scheduling, and engagement.
* Support with invoicing, expenses, and other light bookkeeping tasks.
* Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrator, or PA.
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite.
* Familiarity with task management tools like Trello, Asana, or Notion.
* Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
* Social media management experience is a plus.
* Knowledge of basic bookkeeping software (Xero, QuickBooks) is beneficial but not essential.
