We are seeking an organised, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individual with a positive outlook to driving change. You will need to be resourceful and flexible, with the ability to work effectively in encouraging and line managing a small admin team.
You would be required to workcollaboratively with admin and clinical colleagues to review, develop, and implement processes and procedures to help improve efficiencies and provide effective and comprehensive administrative support across all teams who use our Community Adult Mental Health Outpatient Services.
Possessing excellent communication skills both written and verbal is essential, alongside proven experience of supervising staff on a day-to-day basis, as you will be required to provideyour team with support/guidance and development opportunities, through regular supervisions and appraisals.
Although fully supported by your line manager, you will be required to regularly work on your own initiative and organise your own workload, as well as that of others, with the confidence to delegate tasks to meet deadlines and service needs.
Maintainingconfidentiality is essential and you will be required torespond professionally to enquiries both internally and externally, with the ability to exercise judgement and problem solve quickly.
