A leading Law firm based in Basingstoke is currently recruiting for a Secretary / Legal Assistant to join their team on a full time basis. Ideally with a background in Litigation ( but not essential) the ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational abilities, a keen attention to detail, and a proven track record in supporting legal professionals in a busy, high-standard environment.Key Responsibilities: * Provide dedicated administrative support to the Litigation Team * Ensure efficient file compliance, document production, and comprehensive file organisation * Produce high-quality court bundles and other essential legal documents * Maintain a high standard of accuracy in typing and document preparation * Understand and apply the appropriate style and format of statements of case * Perform audio-typing tasks * Operate within a case management system to organize and monitor case progress.About you: * Minimum of 2 years specific and recent experience in Litigation / Legal support * High level proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel * Experience in producing bundles and organising legal documentation * Excellent attention to detail and exceptional typing accuracy * Proficiency in using case management systemsPlease apply today, this role is working for a well established Law firm, within a friendly supportive team, competitive salary and excellent benefits
