In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Global project managers and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our global pricing projects, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently across departments. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Your new role Coordinate pricing operations activities to achieve relevant targets and goals Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency Develop and maintain a streamlined pricing operations function in collaboration with outsourced and offshore partners Undertake operational delivery activities (inc. programme office functions) to support actuarial and underwriting cteams; establish templates and standards for Group Pricing Operations activities (eg RAID, planning, financial management) Manage offshore resources as needed and collaborate with commercial and legal teams to ensure timely, compliant execution and renewal of supplier and partner contracts Partner with Group Pricing colleagues to ensure clear and effective communication with both business and IT teams; generate and distribute regular reports in alignment with line manager expectations Perform additional tasks as required to support the role on an ad-hoc basis About you Experience in project management is preferred but not a requirement Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to take initiative without requiring constant direction or supervision Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adjust to changing business needs Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting along with experience using Powerpoint Why QBE?
