Job Description:
Join us as a Radar Signal Processing Technical Lead at the forefront of the defense industry. Your role will involve ensuring operational excellence for existing products and developing next-generation radar systems to counter emerging threats. You will apply System Engineering principles throughout the entire development lifecycle, contributing to systems used by those who serve and protect us.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Lead the design and architecture of a common signal processing platform for future complex radar products, providing technical leadership to a multidisciplinary team.
2. Interact effectively with project technical authorities, engineering managers, and senior stakeholders.
3. Collaborate with specialists across electronics, electrical, mechanical, and software engineering to ensure a consistent system design approach.
4. Apply and promote ISO 15288 Systems Engineering principles from requirements definition to system support and disposal.
Your skills and experiences:
1. Expertise in Signal Processing algorithms and their implementation in real-time, software-driven environments.
2. Understanding of the relationship between algorithms, software, and hardware platforms.
3. Experience leading signal processing architecture development and design.
4. Proficiency in one or more programming languages.
5. Experience with Complex Radar Signal Processing.
6. Knowledge of software and hardware engineering lifecycles from requirements to in-service support is highly desirable.
