Project Procurement Analyst/Administrator (Immediate start)
Up to 6 month contract (Hybrid, Inside IR35 day rate contract)
Hybrid working, flexible office/remote working
Accountabilities and Responsibilities?
* Research, review and production of targeted data reports, or presentations
* Provide data from current systems to Procurement Project team
* Assist in the resolution of procurement issues, liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Monitoring and expediting the collection and management of contract data from various sources to support the Project team to achieve key project milestones
Role will include
* Prepare reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
* Support team with weekly reports and uploading contracts
* Track and manage Work spreadsheets, log risks, issues, and actions in central registers.
* Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, note-taking, and action tracking
* Manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
What skills are required?
* A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly a good level of Excel for data manipulation and able to pick up new CRM software quickly
* Strong analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and use initiative.
* Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at any one time
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstration of accuracy and thoroughness; ability to look for ways to improve processes
* Ability to build credibility with internal stakeholders
Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Experience?
* CIPS qualified / working knowledge or experience of end-to-end Procurement process
* Working knowledge of wider procurement legislation and process (PCR/UCR)
* Working experience on any of the detailed e-procurement systems would be an advantage
* Developed influencing skills in managing effective working relationships with key stakeholders
* Broad based professional procurement experience, commercial and financial awareness
* Experience / working knowledge of project / change management
