Summary of the role
An exciting opportunity is available for a Supplier Oversight Coordinator to join a newly formed team. In this role, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and executing the oversight and assurance framework for key Diligenta third-party suppliers. On a day-to-day basis, you'll be working closely with the suppliers, operations function, risk function, and other business units to ensure that supplier systems and controls are executed in line with all relevant rules, regulations, and guidance.

What you'll be doing
10. Developing a risk-based oversight and assurance framework, proportionate to regulatory risks, the size of the relevant outsourced activities and contractual limitations
11. Undertaking assurance thematic and system and control reviews
12. Overseeing and testing supplier provided reporting, governance and assurance activities
13. Working with suppliers to ensure regulatory change has been identified and implemented within appropriate timescales
14. Liaising with all key Line 1 and Line 2 internal stakeholders to ensure oversight and assurance activities meet all appropriate requirements
What we're looking for
15. Previous knowledge of Defined Benefits pension scheme � essential
16. Well-versed with the FCA Handbook, TPR and pension legislation
17. Previous experience in developing systems and controls oversight as well as assurance frameworks
18. The ability to build and maintain relationships with various internal and external stakeholders, including negotiation and solution development
19. Strong attention to detail
20. Ability to undertake travel to other locations as required
