We have a fantastic opportunity for an engaging and industrious property management professional who is required to join a successful team in High Wycombe and Aylesbury.
The Ideal Block Manager will have:
1. Relevant Block Management Experience is preferred
2. A good understanding of property maintenance and overseeing in-house contractors, as well as third-party contractors
3. Dealing with ad hoc problems and unforeseeable situations
4. Ensuring properties are well maintained and costs are well controlled
5. Minimum of 2 years specific property management experience
6. Proficient with Microsoft Office – specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
7. Strong analytical and organisational skills.
8. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
9. Driving License and vehicle owner are essential as travel across the UK will be required
Block Management Responsibilities will be:
1. Block management – compliance
2. Service Charge Budget setting
3. Dealing with any occupier issues appropriately
4. Creation of purchase orders/cheque requests/credit notes
5. Credit control and rent collection management
6. Liaising with accounts over payments and receipts
7. Logging and management of all maintenance issues and arrange repairs & services
8. Control of all Administration/Filing
9. Responsible for maintaining health and safety on the site
10. Aftersales interaction
11. Travelling between High Wycombe, Aylesbury and London
