Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our dynamic, collaborative, and multidisciplinary team. Please note this role is primarily based at our client site in Heathrow, with the possibility of hybrid working options. Key Responsibilities: Deliver expert case management services for attendance, fitness for work, and advice referrals. Provide comprehensive, evidence-based written reports. Offer professional advice on legal and best practice requirements for Client Conduct fitness medicals and health surveillance, in line with best practice and client's policies. Analyse medical and surveillance results, providing accurate advice and escalating issues as needed. Offer clinical supervision and support to other team members, such as OH Technicians. Maintain valid NMC registration and adhere to continuous learning and development guidelines. Required Skills and Experience: Registered Nurse (Part 1) with NMC registration. Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health (Degree/Diploma). Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to effectively manage time and a range of stakeholders. A clear understanding of professional boundaries, with the ability to seek support when necessary. Strong IT skills and competency. A good understanding of data protection and confidentiality in Occupational Health. Experience in case management, general medicals, and health surveillance. A flexible, proactive approach to work. Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Occupational Health. Postgraduate qualification (Diploma or Degree) in Occupational Health.
