Role Summary:
This role will act as an ambassador for the business during both internal and external interactions, delivering upon the broader MEU-UK Living Environmental Systems (LES) and Residential Product/Lifecycle Groups (RPG/RLCS) vision and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and Implement Connected Services Strategy: Align with overall business goals across RLCS/RPG.
* Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Identify opportunities for new connected service offerings and areas of improvement.
* Product Requirements and Roadmaps: Define based on customer needs and market trends.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with key stakeholders across RLCS, RPG, PMD Europe, and other relevant teams to develop and deploy connected services.
* Customer Experience Enhancement: Develop initiatives to improve customer satisfaction through connected services.
* Service Offering Improvement: Monitor and analyse customer feedback and usage data to continuously enhance service offerings.
* Customer Support: Provide support to customer service teams to resolve issues related to connected services.
* Product Optimisation Software: Define requirements and roadmap based on customer needs and market trends.
Requirements:
* Strong Understanding: Heat pump systems and HVAC industry standards.
* In-Depth Knowledge: IoT technologies and connected services.
* Familiarity: Software development processes and methodologies.
* Knowledge: Product optimisation techniques and software.
* Excellent Skills: Strategic planning and project management.
