Role: Head of Customer Acquisition
Location: Homebased (with some flexibility to be on site occasionally).
Salary: up to 60K DOE
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Acquisition Specialist to drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction to our client who are a leading provider of healthcare services.
This role is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional patient experience, advocating for patient needs at the senior leadership level, and spearheading initiatives to improve patient engagement and loyalty.
The postholder will play a pivotal role in driving business growth focusing on attracting new customers (patients) through effective strategies and marketing techniques. You will analyse trends and improve outreach methods to maximise retention and improve acquisition efforts. Key responsibilities of the role;
-Review current approach to measure effectiveness of current list marketing strategy and approach
-Translate data into commercial recommendations that can be presented to senior stakeholders
-Use qualitative & quantitative research to drive forward and implement a customer acquisition and retention strategy
-Lead projects to enhance the patient journey
-Working with relevant business functions such as Ops and IT to enhance companies offer to patients
-Partner with marketing and comms teams to raise companies’ profile and increase awareness and engagement
