Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication: Email clients to request and follow up on necessary documentation.
2. Staff Support: Liaise with internal staff to understand and address their needs, ensuring efficient support.
3. Diary Management: Organize and manage the director’s schedule, ensuring meetings, deadlines, and key events are well-coordinated.
4. Invoicing & Credit Control: Manage client invoicing processes and follow up on outstanding payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
