Season your career as an Administrator
We're recruiting an experienced Administrator who is friendly, adaptable and can confidently manage general administrative duties for Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 10 hours per week. You'll be responsible for ensuring our offices run smoothly and efficiently and will be given every opportunity to progress within a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards and recognises employees who go beyond the plate.

Here's what you need to know before applying:
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Adhere to all client and company Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times e.g. Food Handling, Manual handling, Fire procedures.
* Complete, maintain and update all Food Safety and Health & Safety paperwork correctly on a continual basis to ensure full compliance.
* Prepare the Worship Spaces in accordance with the wishes of the Chaplains and good practice.
* Liaise with the organist and ensure the correct books/ service sheets are made available.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness within the Worship Spaces at all times.
* To act as Verger for Ecumenical Services and whole College Celebrations.
* Ensure correct Profit Protection procedure compliance are followed - securely store any collections and arrange transfer to the Central Amenities Fund Office.
* Maintain all silver and brassware within the Chapel and Places of Worship.
* Ensure that all linen used for services is of the highest standard, in accordance with company expectations.
* Brief Officer Cadets on their delegated duties in the Chapels.
* Order and maintain consumable stores for use in Worship.
* Assist in maintenance of Permanent Assets Register.
* Be flexible and comply with any reasonable requests made by your line Manager including if necessary working within other units within reasonable distance
