Here at Wrigleys we pride ourselves on providing a superior service to our clients within a professional yet friendly and authentic environment.\nWhat you’ll be doing as Marketing & Business Development Executive:\n * Collaborating with BD Managers to implement strategies, build client relationships, and attract new clients.\n * Maintaining a pipeline of business development activities and monitor performance metrics.\n * Providing day-to-day support to BD Managers, including email responses, diary management, and data collection for legal directories.\n * Supporting strategy implementation, event coordination, and relationship building across the business.\n * Conducting competitor pricing analysis and market research to identify opportunities and trends.\n * Assisting with website and social media content creation, editing, and maintenance.\n * Helping to create tender submissions, fee proposals, and legal directory submissions.\n * Coordinating with external resources for advertisement design.\n * Staying updated on legal industry developments and engage fee-earners in updating personal data from contacts and clients.\n * Ensuring all systems and weekly reports are updated accurately and completed on time.\nWe’re looking for a Marketing & Business Development Executive with:\n * Proven experience in marketing or business development within the legal or professional services sector.\n * Proficiency in MS applications and social media platforms.\n * Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.\n * Proactive, creative, and detail oriented.\n * Ability to prioritise, manage workload, and meet deadlines.\n * Confidence in collaborating with individuals at all levels in a fast-paced environment.\n * Willingness to learn new systems and technologies.\nOur culture is built on our purpose of putting people at the centre of what we do, and our values guide us in all aspects of our work with clients and each other.
