The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales within the filtration or a related engineering industry, with a demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan tailored to the UK market, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets for filtration products within the UK. Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies as necessary. Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the assigned territory. Drive business growth through new customer acquisition and by maximising opportunities with existing customers. Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals, tailored to the needs of UK-based clients. Customer Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with customers across the UK, acting as the primary contact within your territory. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and prompt resolution of issues. Conduct regular customer visits to understand their filtration needs and provide tailored solutions. Qualifications: Engineering background or qualifications. 5 years of sales experience, ideally within the filtration or a closely related industry. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across a large territory. Willingness to travel extensively within the UK.
