Job Overview
Would you like the opportunity to work in a specialist Veteran mental health team? We are seeking a temporary experienced and compassionate Psychologist or Psychological Therapist to join our lively mental health team, supporting veterans and reservists presenting with mental health problems and their families.

This exciting role will involve working with a degree of autonomy alongside providing the opportunity to work as a member of the clinical service/team, providing a high-quality, specialist applied psychology service to clients, their families, or carers.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Recognised/accredited postgraduate level training in CBT
* Professionally registered as specified in the same Appendix
Knowledge/Experience
* Substantial post-qualification/accreditation experience of specialist psychological therapy (assessment, formulation, and treatment)
* A high level of competence in applying a psychological therapy to complex difficulties appropriate for this therapy with the client group
* Experience of offering teaching, training, and supervision within a demanding organisational context
* Experience of representing psychological therapy within the context of multi-disciplinary care
* Significant experience of working with the particular client group served by the team/service
