We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to drive awareness and demand for our products, particularly in the Attractions, Leisure, Health, Heritage and Hospitality sectors. The Role This role is ideal for a proactive, hands-on marketer who can experiment, develop and execute marketing strategies to generate demand and support sales growth. Job Mission: Responsible for driving awareness of and demand for, Semantic’s suite of products, in particular LOOP, across the Attractions and wider Leisure/Hospitality sectors. Work with Owner/CEO to convert leads generated to profitable, long term clients. Key responsibilities: 1. Develop and, on approval, execute an ongoing Marketing Plan for Semantic with focus on LOOP in particular 2. Initiate, manage and monitor demand building activities across digital, social media, advertising, Public Relations and “face to face” channels with objective of generating new clients each month according to agreed targets 3. Analyse all target segments across the wider leisure and hospitality industry and develop marketing strategies that focus on those capable of delivering strongest returns and long term competitive advantage. 4. Identify and attend key Trade Shows across the Attractions and Hospitality footprint ensuring strong ROI from Semantic’s investment in such. 5. Manage partners and relationships using CRM 6. Become “expert” in product functionality to assist CEO in sales conversion. 7. Monitor competitor activity and where needed, initiate insight research to guide future product development and competitive edge. Salary & Benefits Salary: Competitive, based on experience (expected range £30,000–£40,000 bonus).
