About the role:
You will part of a bespoke team supporting a lady within her own home. You will support them as part of a team that works together in ways that are led by the individuals needs.
We are recruiting for an active woman who loves animals, keeping busy and needs a consistent team to help her live a fulfilling life. This lady lives with Prader-Willis syndrome and autism and would love support workers who can understand all of her needs, be kind towards her and help her reach her goals.

This position is perfect for a hard-working flexible individual who is looking to make a difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and mental health support needs. The successful candidate will provide support to individuals in a variety of settings and will be responsible for supporting people to LIVE THEIR BEST LIFE!
The ideal candidate will understand the importance of trust and relationships, be able to listen to individuals and be willing to do things differently
Responsibilities:
* Provide support to individuals in a way the works for them.
* Help others to live independently.
* Complete supervisions
* Complete team rotas and planning
* Budgeting
* Be a voice for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health support needs.

Schedule:
* 12 hour shift
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
* Weekend availability
